One of China’s most famous green teas. Hand processed and pan-fried to create the signature flat shape. Has a light chestnut flavor with a delicate aroma. Great any time of the day. Good hot or iced.

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp / 8 oz water / 175°F / 2-3 minutes
