A blend of small and large leaf Assam teas. Produces a strong cup of tea with a brisk flavor and undertone of dark, richly fermented malt. Perfect as a breakfast tea to star out your day.

Ingredients: assam black tea

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp / 8 oz water / 212°F / 4-5 minutes

Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea
