This tisane is especially good after a long stressful day at work or play. It has a nice balanced flavor profile.

Ingredients: organic peppermint leaf, organic licorice root, organic cinnamon, organic chrysanthemum flowers, organic honeysuckle flowers.

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp / 8 oz water / 212°F / 5-8 minutes
