White Spiced Pear
White Spiced Pear
Comprised of silvery, downy buds and large green leaves, fruity, spicy, and tart notes. Buds are handpicked before the leaf opens, then gently steamed. Produces a delicate cup with a light pale color. It has the sweetness of apples and pears, tartness of rosehips and hibiscus, and it gets a subtle spice from cinnamon, star anise and cardamom. It’s a synergistic blend of spicy, sweet and tart all rolled into one. And the delicate flavor of white peony allows the subtle fruitiness to shine. This is the perfect winter tea but I suspect it will also be a great refreshing iced tea in the summer as well.
