Traditional beverage of South America. Known for many health benefits and high caffeine content. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. A great alternative to coffee for an afternoon pick-me-up. Roasted Yerba Mate has a toasted nutty flavor. NOT CAFFEINE-FREE

Ingredients: yerba mate

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp / 8 oz water / 212°F / 5 minutes

Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea

May also be steeped and sipped with a Mate Gourd & Bombilla (a special straw with filter end)

Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.
